Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where SK & SL Associate Private Limited is unable to provide the agreed-upon services during admission.
  • No refunds will be issued for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the course content.

Refund Process:

  • Your request must include detailed information about the specific reasons for seeking a refund, along with any supporting documentation.

Refund Approval:

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • In exceptional circumstances, where the company is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen events or force majeure situations, SK & SL Associate Private Limited will not be held liable.

Cancellation by SK & SL Associate Private Limited:

  • In the event that SK & SL Associate Private Limited cancels a course or is unable to provide services as agreed, a full refund will be issued to the enrolled participants.
