Lead and manage a team of trading educators and support staff.Design and update trading courses, ensuring relevance and alignment with industry trends.Oversee the delivery of trading education programs, ensuring high-quality instruction.Conduct training sessions for instructors to enhance teaching methodologies.Stay abreast of financial market trends, news, and developments.Interact with students, providing support, guidance, and feedback.Track and analyze the performance of educators and program effectiveness.Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to enhance program visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.Proven stock market trading experience with a strong understanding of financial markets.Previous leadership or management experience in an educational setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective educational content.Strong analytical skills and passion for staying updated on market trends.
