Terms and Conditions for SK & SL Associate Private Limited

Modification of the Site or Terms of Service:

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. All modified terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on the Site. If any modified terms are not acceptable to you, you may continue with the previous terms for 1 month, and your sole remedy is to cease using the program.

Registration and Eligibility:

• To become a Member, you must be at least 13 years old and should be invited by a board member of SK & SL Associate after the complete payment of the fee.
• You are responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and corresponding Account information. Do not disclose your password to anyone. You are entirely and solely responsible for any activities under your Account. Misuse or sharing of contents is considered an offense, leading to membership termination and legal charges.
• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information. Maintain and promptly update relevant personal information. Do not use false identities or impersonate any other person.

Termination; Cancellation:

• We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Program and Services for a breach of these Terms of Service.
• Immediate termination of membership for being part of any community or same niche business.
• Permanent cancellation of membership for being inactive for more than 2 weeks without prior notice.
• Permanently ban members for behavior spreading hatred or negativity. The decision of trainers will be final in such cases.

Content:

• Syllabus is taught in phases, requiring completion of one phase to proceed to the next.
• Assignments are mandatory for phase completion.
• Access to SK & SL Associate Trader's Community is granted after passing the eligibility phase. The decision of trainers is final.
• Community access is free for 6 months (after fee payment) and requires an annual AMC payment thereafter.
• Services will be discontinued with a short notice if necessary.

Payment & Refund Policy:

• Complete fee payment is required for membership registration.
• Services will be discontinued for any pending payments; access is restored upon fee clearance.
• No refunds for any fee paid (Advance or full payment). Transfer of booking or seats to another person is allowed with consent from respective trainers.
• External fee collection between members is considered an offense and will be charged under the law.

Acceptance of Terms:

By using SK & SL Associate Private Limited's services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. SK & SL Associate retains the right to alter these Terms without notice, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes posted.

Use of the Service:

Users must be at least 13 years old. Any unauthorized or prohibited use of the Service is forbidden under these Terms.

Abuse:

SK & SL Associate does not tolerate objectionable content and abusive users. Do not use the Service to transmit any content that is objectionable, offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening, or violates intellectual property rights.
